Dinner

The Italian evening meal, festive and romantic, is served in our Sole Mio restaurant, which was constructed especially for this purpose.

The meal is served on Fridays or by personal reservation in advance, at a specially set, candlelit table.

The menu, which varies from month to month, is taken directly from the Italian kitchen, and is provided to our guests with their room reservation.· It opens with an aperitif and a series of antipastos, with a pasta appetizer, main course, dessert, sweet liqueur and hot beverage.

The pastas are seasoned with the best, real Italian parmesan cheese and fresh herbs picked from our garden for a rich, authentic flavor.

As main courses, for meat lovers, we offer a lovely, juicy veal filet.· For vegetarians – the calzone, which is a large pastry filled with stir-fried vegetables, mozzarella cheese, pesto and parmesan cheese.
